The key difference between us and other OEM's like Dell or HP is that our PC's are built entirely with retail products. This means that in the unfortunate event of potential hardware failure, not only do you have a standard 1 year parts and labor warranty through Pyrinex, you also retain the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like Intel, this means that there is a 3 year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase and in the case of most memory and video card manufacturers you have a lifetime warranty.
