Necessary for more advanced issues that require the full environment to be brought into question. Typically more suited toward businesses with networks etc. Less suited toward virus/spyware cleanup as virus scans alone can take several hours.

In house- $65 per billable hour
Necessary for more lengthy repairs such as virus/spyware cleanup, deepseeded software issues, and data recovery. When one PC is in need of repair because it just isn't running the way you want it to, this is the best and most affordable option. Typical billing for In House repair does not exceed 2 hours of labor for services such as virus and software repair, whereas services such as data recovery and other more intensive repairs will be quoted to the customer for consideration before service is renderred.

Bulk purchased hours: We have many options for blocks of hours with flexible volume pricing. Please contact us for details and estimate.
