Our warranty is simple and straight forward. If you purchased a product within 1 year, if it becomes defective then we will replace it with only a couple of stipulations.

1) If the product is used for something or in any way that it was not designed for, your warranty will be void.
2) If the product is installed incorrectly and becomes damaged from such, your warranty will be void.
3) Software can typically never be taken back unless the packaging is intact and the seal remains unbroken.
4) Special order items are manufacturers warranty only.
5) Warranty does not protect against software corruption from 3rd party software nor viruses/spyware/malware.

So that's it! If we build you a custom system and a component fails, just bring it in and we can typically have it replaced same day, sometimes even within the hour, parts and labor guaranteed!
